I have two machines -- almost identical -- which I have installed SW2011x64 PR-1 on both.  On one of the machines (machine-A), everything including PV360 seems to work fine.  On the other, everything works except for parts of  PV360.  On machine-B, PV Options and Integrated Preview seem ok, but the items that pop a separate window (Preview Window, Final Render, Recall Last Render) seem to fail. When you select Final Render for example, the machine appears busy, but no window is visible and eventually it frees up, but there is no render window.

I have tried the usual remedies -- repair install of SW2011, remove and reinstall of SW2011, remove registry for SW2011, repair install of Windows 7 -- but thus far these have not made any differences.  I really want to avoid a complete reinstall of the world.

Any help, direction, or guesses would be appreciated.  For reference, machine-B is a new machine just being configured.
