I recently started having a problem with dragging notes from my design library.  I'm often getting this error message, even though it's a new drawing and doesn't have an instance of the note in it.  And even if it did, why can't I insert another one?  This just started since I went to SW2013, and as far as I can tell it's random.  Some of my notes were saved with SW2012 and some with SW2013.  I may have had a note saved earlier with the same name that was deleted, but I wouldn't think that's causing the problem.  Any ideas?
