I have a problem to renew mi subscription.

This renovation is automatic like you know. However, I receive a new debit card a few months ago because the old one was expired.

The problem is that I forgot introducing the new debit card number on my dassault systemes account and last days were the momment to pay automatically and the platform couldn´t take the money.

I actualizate the debit card data on the platform today and I don´t know if is going to be paid automatically or I have to click on the option "pay now".

I think I only have 5 days to pay or I will lose my subscription.

What should I do? please, can you help my?
