When I am working in an assembly and I use the edit component tool, I am unable to select sketches or parts of sketches for things like centerlines or paths for mates.

I have restarted solidworks and the computer.

The issue only appears in this particular assembly. It is only five components, so I wouldn't think that would be an issue. Selecting works fine in parts or other assemblies. 

I don't have any selection filters active. 

Any ideas?
