Until recently, I was able to export my xDesign projects as STL files without any issues using the normal “Export” function.

Now, suddenly, every export attempt immediately shows the message:

“Export not allowed. You are not authorized to export from this Collaborative Space. Contact your administrator.”

The important point is:

• I AM the platform administrator.
• I also tested this with newly created parts.
• I created a completely new private Collaborative Space (“Andreas Space”) and saved the part there.
• The problem still occurs immediately when clicking “Export”.
• I cannot even reach the STL/STEP format selection dialog anymore.

Additional information:

• Modeling and saving work normally.
• I can create/edit Collaborative Spaces.
• I have roles like:
  • Platform Manager
  • Collaborative Industry Innovator
  • SOLIDWORKS xDesign

I only use xDesign occasionally (not daily), so I am wondering:

• Has Dassault changed something regarding export permissions or licensing?
• Is this a known policy/role synchronization issue?
• Or is there a hidden setting for STL export permissions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
