I have an issue ,one month ago  I transfer Solidworks 2010 license from Xp computer to a new W& computer and Solidworks 2014 and it works fine at that time

today after try to open Solidworks 2014 it request me license activation after try to activate i show an error of a duplicate license.  What to do we are stuck,

old solidworks 2010 in old computer also do not work so that show me transfer was done. Any direction or suggestions will be appreciated.
