New to Solidworks (SWX) and printing. We are importing AutoCAD drawings. Users are complaining that the PDFs out of SWX are a huge file sizes - much larger when printed from AutoCAD. What's the general finding for outputting to PDF? Print to PDF? SAve As PDF? Any specific settings to help reduce file size while not impacting the quality (too much)? Also, drawings are printing with the same lineweights. How do I adjust linewights when printing? Really need the help as these folks love that AutoCAD. I need to adjust SWX quickly to maintain support from the users. Much thanks!
