Hey there I am having an issue with the preview window in Enterprise PDM version 10.04.0927. As soon as you click on the part or drawing in the list of files it brings up the box shown in the attached image below.

It's getting a bit frustrating and I'd like to get it sorted out. Anyone have a fix for this?
