When attempting to install PR1 this morning, the installer requested that it wanted several running programs closed.  Among these was Windows Explorer.  Without thinking, I killed the pid specified...and the install subsequently failed.  The second time around, I realized that the installer was probably confusing Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer (and told it to ignore.  Install ran successfully.
