Customer had large number of external references, when powerby to 3dexperience platform, we get large amount of "Missing File References".

What would be the best way to fix large missing file references?  Since all the broken reference file are no where to be found.  

Customer said it is impossible to fix 195 external file references.  Because all the referencing file server hard drive failed, no backup.  Now trying to save to 3DEXPERIENCE, encounter this issue, how to workaround it???
