Hi,

I seem to remember there is a method to update all the files references from its parent folder for example if you have a description in the parent folder and the child files pull from that folder you can update the parent folder and then use this function to replicate the changes to the files\folders below (by this I mean the text).

Within tools - I see the update references option but if I select it everything is greyed out (the file automatically checks itself out) so obviously Im in the wrong place.

Can anyone help please?
