We are having an issue with pop up windows not disappearing completly when clicked.  We go to right click, edit sketch, but the "edit sketch" phantom window does not disappear after it is clicked (See attachment).  If we pull solidworks to the other monitor, the popup stays on the first monitor.  We run Solidworks 2006; SP 4.1 on Windows 7.  Any thoughts?
