please give me suggestion how can i strengthen my robot chassis sheet of 2 mm M.S sheet.size is 1000x1000 mm.

as I searched out there are no of options like embosing etc.but after embosing when I simulate chassis for analysis fos comes out less as compared with flat sheet.

so I required a best method to strength and increase rigidity of my sheet chassis.please give your suggestion based on your experiance.
