We recently upgraded to 2015 from 2014 and I am having a new issue. In the past (since 2008) we have used a rectangular profile for creating plates (weldments). The information was carried over from the rectangle profile to the Cut-List just fine (PL, “thickness” x “width”) and of course the built-in value for Length.

With 2015 – all other member types (Wide Flange, Angles, etc) work fine but the Plate profile (attached) does not produce proper information in the Cut-List (just carries over the “Value/Text Expression” UNLESS I UNCHECK "RENAME CUT LIST FOLDERS WITH DESCRIPTION PROPERTY VALUE". If I choose that option (which we want), the cut-list for plates goes to pot.

This is a big issue for us since we do a lot with plate. I’m hoping there is a fix. I did save the profile and part template in 2015 format but no go. I am attaching a sample part, out plate profile and template if anyone can help.
