When I try to insert a new plane I don't get any property manager opening up and can't set the type of plane I would like to insert.

I have tried deleting the regestry with no success. I am running Solidworks 2012 SP03 64bit, does anyone have any sugestions?

I am also having trouble with my "convert sketch entities" command same issue no properties manager opening. This all seems to have fallen over at the same time.
