Ever since SolidWorks updated to the 2026 version, my routing project has been a bit finicky. I first noticed this when trying to drag and drop fittings from the design library onto my route and it reading "drag and drop failed". This was due to the model document path having been altered for whatever reason, which I fixed by loading each component's part file before opening the main assembly.

However, the one issue that persists is the pipe itself. It still reads from the 2025 pipe.sldprt version when going to route segment properties. So, if I place a fitting onto the existing route, it will connect but not extend any pipe. Clicking the three dots and changing to the 2026 filepath reads out what's quoted in the title.

Any suggestions that might help with this issue? Included some screenshots below. My route file locations in Options are updated to the 2026 filepath, so I'm unsure how to get around this. Thank you!
