Hello everyone.

I would like to provide a rectangular tube 45x45x2 with cut-outs so that the construction can be bent 90° after lasering and a radius of approx. 25mm is created on the outside.

I am able to do this successfully in the solid, but I am now failing to create an unfolding of it in order to send it for lasering. (File 1: unfolding_not_possible)

Alternatively, I made the construction based on a welded construction, cut-outs and radius connection through a small sheet. Here the development works, but the gap is too big for me due to the missing radius part. (File 2: Unfolding_possible_but_not_good)

Would you have a solution suggestion on how I can deal with the situation based on file 1 in order to obtain an unfolding?
