Pipe displaying where not routed, gaps in pipe routes, weird behavior

I am noticing that, especially recently, I am having issues where all of a sudden when I open a (previously perfectly fine) assembly I am running into problems with pipe displaying where there should not be pipe (it's not routed in) and pipe not displaying where it should be (gaps in the pipe route, where there is a line in the route sketch).  I am not sure why it is happening and the only way I've found to fix it is to delete the offending line(s) and then redraw them, and even sometimes it still happens in the same spot.

I've attached two pictures of what I mean, one is at the top level view and then one is editing the route... it "looks" fine when I am in routing but adds/deletes pipe when I zoom back out to the regular view.

Any help would be appreciated, as I have no clue what is causing this.  Sketch is fully constrained, so its not an issue with a pipe not being "along x/y/z".
