I am new api's and to running  PidCollector.exe.  I am trying to use it to obtain the persistant referece Id of a part face for simulation.  I have seen the examples that use the id's. 

My problem is I recieve a error "Run-Time error '429': ActuveX component can not create object" 

I am sure it is probably something simple like virus software or something like that.  Any ideas?
