PhotoWorks has been replaced in SolidWorks 2011 with PhotoView 360. A large portion of what used to be exclusively PhotoWorks functionality has been moved to core SolidWorks. Some examples include adding, editing, customizing and saving decals, scenes and appearances as well as the new DisplayManager (which replaces the PhotoWorks RenderManager). Rendering is now done using PhotoView. What is your opinion of removing PhotoWorks? Is there anything that you used to be able to do with PhotoWorks that you feel you cannot do in SolidWorks 2011 using PhotoView?
