Hello there, some help required please.

I have a series of items that I would like to (using photoview) render. I would like the items to all look the same when finished, same tones, colour, shading (or at least close) so they look related.

I have one file that I would like the others to replicate the look of (organic bench, see attached). I have attached another (statue plinth) which I have been trying to adjust to replicate the 'look'. Try as I might I cant seem to do it and I'm not sure why. I have tried adjusting various features but the second file always renders significantly darker.

I'm sure I am missing something but after a few hours of 'googling' and tinkering I can't figure it out. Could anyone give me any pointers?
