I am doing a static analysis and part of my result is to obtain the total force on a face (I want to know what force is required to achieve a certain displacement). I can right click on the results folder, and then select "list result force" and select the face.

Trouble is, I want to always have this force displayed---imaginge adding it, say, to the von Mises stress plot. But I can't figure out how to do it. Is this not possible? It's really annoying to have to "look it up" by listing it every time I want to see it.

Moreover, the "display resultant forces" check box makes no difference---this is supposed to show only the resultant instead of the components (according to the help file) but it doesn't do anything.
