Performance anomalies

We have three computers we are running benchmark testing on (SW12 x64 SP2 / WIN 7):

ComputerCPU GHzGB RAM# CoresVideo CardVideo RAMTest  (Sec.)
DELL 3902.44DualNVIDIA Quadro FX 1700512MB2841.67
DELL 4902.334QuadNVIDIA Quadro FX 1700512 MB656.12
DELL T55003.0712TwelveNVIDIA Quadro 40002GB1409.69

In all cases, the computer was rebooted, no other applications were running, used the same log on ID, with the part saved on the desktop. The exact same model was used, did a crtl+Q rebuild and checked the [Feature Statistics...] tool.

Notice that COMP2 is the lowest spec'd computer, but has the fastest time. The ONLY advantage this computer (DELL 490) has is the hard drive is a 15K RPM vs. 7.2K RPM for the other two.  With all that I've read, processor speed and RAM are what SW wants, but apparently, the disk drive speed is just as big of a factor.   The hard drives were installed at Dell upon the original order.  We're not sure how they got 15K RPM  HDDs.

Has anyone else seen similiar results? Any thoughts?
