How can I, as an administrator, determine who has what checked out?  I'm sure this must've been asked before (I can't be the first person to want to do this), but I can't find it anywhere here.  A little background:  We just updated to 2012, and I want to do a batch file conversion, but am concerned what will happen when it comes across a file it can't check-out because someone has it open already.
