Does anyone know where I might find training manuals that show explicit images, step by step instructions on how to use the PDM Workgroup software as well as the Vault admin functionality?

I took the training some years ago and have misplaced the manuals I had received in both the client and the administrator side of things.  I was hoping I could get my hands on possibly pdf copies of them.

I have google searched and have come across installation manuals, but no training ones that show you indepth on how to use it both fro a client and administrator perspective.
