When a file is sent through a workflow and the system generates emails to users (either Pending Review or successful task execution etc.) Is there any way to change the subject line of the email to include the file name? 

I know with state transitions it gives no option for notification customization. However, in Tasks I can build the email format.

Even so, the subject line does not allow for the file name/number to be included. Only a shortened list. Could I add options to this list?
