We recently upgraded to SolidWorks 2025 SP3, which included new servers as well.  All systems that were upgraded from the previous version work as expected but I'm having an issue with any new computer on which I install PDM.  I go through the View setup steps and enter the server information, click next, and on the screen where I should be able to select vaults, both vaults available show a status of "Missing information".

I have been working with support for 3 weeks and there is no indication they have a solution.  I have attempted clean installs and installs where I inject the registry entries for the vault before running the View Setup.  

Has anyone else run into this issue?
