I have a few peers that are having issues with previewing DWG files.  When clicking on them, explorer freezes, for up to several minutes, before proceeding to preview the file.  Looking at their log files, we can see that there is an issue with loading TrueView when trying to load the preview.  I would like PDM to use the eDrawings viewer instead of TrueView, but my problem I'm seeing is that it is already set as the default viewer.

I've looked in their user settings for viewers, and every group they are a part of, and there are no conflicts; nothing says to use TrueView.  Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing?  I personally have DraftSight installed on my PC, and I have that set as my default viewer outside of PDM, and have the default eDrawings viewer set up for within PDM (only because there was no need for me to change), and even my PDM viewer users TrueView.
