I am using PDM Professional 2020.  I want to send a link to a file to a colleague through the PDM notification system (internal service, not email).  When I do this, I get an error message stating "Please select a user to send the message to", even though I did select a user. Upon hitting 'OK', explorer crashes and the window displaying my vault local view disappears.  Sending messages without links to files works fine.  This only happens when I include a link to a file.  Is anyone else experiencing this?
