I have a question. Is it possible to control the PDM (2013) starting and for example, a file storage from the command line?

At this moment I have a macro in Excel which opens PDM 2013.

"C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Enterprise PDM\ConisioAdmin.exe"

I can't find something about opening for example : file in store in PDM. Can someone help me?
