I've been trying to pattern a pillar with the top surface domed. My design involves many concentric rings of these pillars, and I've been able to pattern the first/inner most circle of the pillars, but when I tried to pattern the next ring with the same method, it gave me an error.

I selected both the loft and the dome features and then clicked on the circular pattern tool. The preview appears exactly how I want it, but when I try to complete the action an error pops up (see the attached screenshot).

Any help you could offer would be much appreciated.
