Is it posisble to create a design aor pattern table for sketched points? 

I have some physical measurements that I would like to enter in a table. Than I can use those points to create sketched lines to create verification drawings.

The location of the points would be provided in the following form:

1)  .63      -.003

2)  1.20    -.115

3)  1.20    -.368

4)  2.00    -.118

5)  2.00    -.370

6)  2.244  -.008

My intent is to create an initial part and than copy that part and update the table with the new dimensions, rebuild and a new drawing is created quickly.
