Hi all,

I'm trying to bond two components, one of which contains a swept cut creating channels through the part and another which is a sweep of the same geometry. I need to bond these as two separate components with different material properties.

Using a global contact for bonding seems to be ignored, the results can be seen below and the assembly is attached:

You can see how the swept part is coming through the main component, so it cannot be bonded.

A solution/ advice would be much appreciated.
