I have 2016 running with SP 3 also.   HP workstation with Windows 7.

This problem of parts disappearing has been a problem before, but now it's worse in 2016.  Parts disappear when they are revised in an assembly.  If the part is open as the same time as the assembly, when I go to the part, sometimes it's invisible, even though it shows that it should be visible.  I have to toggle it invisible then back to visible to see it.

This seems worse than 2014 that I just switched from.
