I have a part (created by another person) that I am working with and the countersinks disappear when the fold is applied to the part. The through holes are present though and when you hover over the feature in the tree, the countersink sketch shows up in the model. The part is actually being curved, not exactly folded. Is this a problem within Solidworks or just an order of operations problem in the model?

Can anyone help with this problem?
