Hello if anyone knows how to reinstate the description field/ window that is normally below "save as Type" window.

It disappeared, during 2016 Spo.0 then reappeared 2016 sp2 now it is gone again with no changes to updates.

Is there a setting that i am missing, been using it since 2007 and never seen this happen
