I sent a parasolids file of one of my mold designs to a customer that uses SW. (File size is smaller and easier to email.) I use sub-assemblies. Upon import on his end, he is telling me that he cannot see any parts. He tells me the subassemblies are empty. I have never heard of this. What could he (or I) possibly be doing wrong?
