Can i solve this with goal Optimization in Parametric Studies?

I want to have same volymeflow out from the 3 outlet areas.

And let solidworks change the dim. see Picture.

Can i have some equation goal for this to solve it?

I know i can solve this with What if analysis.

But it vill be faster if solidworks can calculated it in with Goal Optimization.
