I have a folder for the project and diff. folders for standard parts, reused parts etc

When I use PackNGo, all parts/assemblies are saved in the same destination folder in the "save to folder" column. Is there a way to automatically save parts/assemblies in diff. destination folders? Its really time-consumming to manually to change diff. folders in the "save to folder" column
