when I tried to "pack and go" the open files to the existing files in diff. directory, sometimes a msg pop-up to ask if I want to replace the existing files; other time, pack and go just copies over without a mesg

seems to me it's not consistent while using Pack and Go feature?

Am I right or what I'm missing here?
