Apologies if this has been discussed before.

I am producing a detailed drawing and my dimension size 20 has to be an outside dimension, but the lines attached too it, are too long, and i cannot use an inside dimension as this clashes (see below in pic 1).

So i am wondering if anyone knows how to reduce the outside dimension line so the drawing can be accepted. (please note, the other dimensions are acceptable it is just the outside dimension on the size 20. (see pic 2)
