OUTLET TEMPERATURE AS INLET FOR NEXT ANALYSIS

Hello,

I modeled a pipe which carry air. While air passing through pipe, heat transfer take place. Hence, air outlet temperature will be less than air inlet temperature.

Now I want to do take first time outlet air temperature as an input for my next simulation stage... like a closed loop.

In this case “Chris Michalski” replied to me

“Look into goals.  Likely a surface goal using the exit lid as the surface.  Then you can define your inlet temperature as a function of that exit goal”

So I created surface goal in exit lid. (See the attachment). But I don’t know how to define inlet temperature using this function. Please direct me.

Thank You,

Janitha
