I cannot figure out why my orthographic view keeps moving when I use my drawing template.

I use "Make Drawing from Part/Assembly" and select my drawing template, shown below. Which creates a drawing with the orthographic view moved from the top right corner to the top middle... for some reason SW aligns the orth view vertically instead of where I want it. I broke the alignment when I placed the orth view in the corner... because that it where I want it!! Stop messing with me SW. You won't like me when I am angry.

It is frustrating. I don't see why it shouldn't work. Can anyone enlighten me?
