Two part inquiry:

1. Any way to (re-)establish top/bottom, front/back, left/right views of a model so that the model moves respective to the command?

2.  I'm a Solidworks novice and I appreciate the Ctrl 1-7 rotation commands, and the ability to further rotate using the arrow keys. Are these basic rotation commands not possible in Composer, or is there an equivalent?

Currently, rotating the model using the compass or pressing scroll+drag gives me wonky rotations, and it won't set the model to the position I'm looking for (just looking for plain ol' iso, front/back/left/right/top/bottom). Manipulating the vertical axis in the properties area isn't working any better.
