In SolidWorks 2013 SP5 I can't get any arrows unless I use ISO or some others.  If I use ANSI which is the standard I like for most things, I get no arrows and I can't uncheck "ordinate chain" neither when customizing one particular dimension or in the Document Properties when using ANSI.  What's the best practice if you want arrows?
