Does anyone know how to remove the gaps in an ordinate dimension so as to create a continuous line?

This is the first time I have come across this. In previous companies I have worked for, this line was always continuous, so I can only assume this has been manually modified and I would like to revert it back to standard.

Under the Leaders tab, the "Ordinate Chain" check box is ticked. I've searched the web and have dived deep into the Document Properties, but have yet to find a resolution.
