Does anyone know if its possible to open a part from the 3d warehouse in solidworks without opening it in google sketchup saving it as the appropriate file than opening since my trial ended...

bellow is the link to the part i am trying to get into solidworks... its a sea horse... if not does anyone know of any other good free 3d download content other than grabcad
