Since a while now, ever since installing 2016 SP3)  it happens that if I want to run a macro that it standard only shows me SW VSTA Macros (*.dll)

Does anyone know of any way to have it either show all types of macros or even standard show only VBA Macros (*.swp)?

Having to do the extra clicks to find a macro that I only just once in awhile is getting really old.
