I'm having difficulties setting up the LDAP login for an openldap servers (v2.4) for EPDM 2016.

I know that my details are correct as I have tested them using a LDAP browser and the base DN and bind/principle DN work as provided with the root password.

The system is using a base DN of dc=mydomain,dc=com (entered into the context as cn=users,dc=mydomain,dc=com) and bind DN of uid=root,cn=users,dc=mydomain,dc=com (entered into the bind user context as is). The user prefix has been set to 'uid=' for openldap. The username as root and password as ******* (bind password).

Still test connection fails to work.

Does EPDM 2016 support openldap? What am I doing wrong?
