There's a downloaded file of a drawing that when I try to open the system can't find. It gives me the option to either suppress the materials or manually find the file on my own. But whenever I choose the appropriate file, I'm given this error message.

I've tried opening a fresh download multiple times and I checked with someone with tech support. His best guess was that it's a locked file.
